Freshmen have been participating in Pride Camp this week! Pride Camp has been a tradition at MCHS since 2003. The purpose is for freshmen to build lasting relationships and connections to MCHS. They do team-building activities, write a letter to their future self and more!

📚 We were happy to have Edgar Award-winning novelist Mindy McGinnis for a second year! She spoke to English classes about her books and her writing process.
Happy International Dot Day! Students added Post-it notes to boxes that indicated certain colors and ultimately imitated, "The Starry Night" by Vincent van Gogh. Dot Day is meant to boost courage in one's creativity and was inspired by the book, "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds.
