Today, the MCHS Jazz Ensemble performed at the Fox Valley Conference Jazz Festival at Crystal Lake Central High School. They played for other jazz students attending FVC schools, and worked with faculty from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. 🎼 Great job!

On Monday MCHS hosted the Fox Valley Conference Leadership Conference. Nine high schools and over 200 students attended. Our Leadership in Action students helped guide and mentor these future leaders. Author, actor and motivator Jesse LeBeau also spoke to students.

Seven students were in the ILMEA District 7 Senior Jazz Festival. Students Coco Levesque, Nathanial Gibson and James Mihevc passed a competitive audition to be in a jazz band made up of the best local musicians. They worked with renowned educators and performed a concert.
