Class 3A Harlem Regional: At Atwood Homestead, McHenry’s Max Bogenski shot a 77 and Woodstock North co-op’s Frank Ferru fired a 79 to each lead their teams to qualifying spots for next week’s Buffalo Grove Sectional.
Hononegah won the team title with 311, McHenry (328) was second and North (332) was third.
Ethan Jensen (81), Sam Huff (83) and Will Currie (87) provided McHenry’s three other low scores. Aidan Sivore (83), Sam Berry (84) and Luke Trewyn (86) were the Thunder’s other scorers.
