Our Friday football games were officially the Nike Kickoff Classic Games sponsored by the Chicago Bears. We were honored to have Chicago Bears alum and MCHS alum Jim Althoff be the captain for our games. They also brought the Bears Drumline, an obstacle course for kids and more.
On Friday at Tri-Conference with D15 and D36 we had the pleasure of hearing award-winning author and inspirational speaker Chris Singleton. Teachers then went into different educational sessions throughout the day to learn from each other. #triconference24
Friday we began Tri-Conference with D15 and D36 to share educational ideas with each other. Thank you to our PE leader students who spent their day off helping out with the event! Also thank you to Elm Street Starbucks, Antioch Pizza and My Funnel Food Truck and Ice Cream.

🏈 Come out tonight to celebrate the new football season and the start of girls flag football!

🇺🇸 We welcomed home veterans from their Honor Flight on Sunday afternoon! Our cheerleaders, band and choir gave them a warm welcome along with their loved ones. We hoped they had a trip of a lifetime and we can't wait to see videos of the trip from Warrior Student Media.
Enjoy these images from our student journalists (and teacher!) who accompanied veterans on the Honor Flight to Washington D.C.
Don't forget to come to Upper Campus on Sunday to welcome them all home!

2023-24 yearbooks were available to current students on Thursday for pickup during lunches. Current students can also pickup their yearbooks tomorrow (Fri) during lunches in the Upper Campus cafeteria. Graduates can pick them up starting Monday in the Upper Campus main office.
Students at both campuses wrote letters and made signs for the veterans and volunteers who will be returning from their Washington D.C. Honor Flight on Sunday. Learn more about the trip and our welcome home ceremony: https://www.dist156.org/article/1723282
