Hampshire and MCHS baseball are joining forces for the 9th Annual Strike Out Cancer Game. You can purchase a plaque for $10 commemorating someone who has been affected by cancer. The names will be engraved on a wooden plaque in the shape of a baseball helmet and displayed throughout the game. All checks should be made out to Hampshire Baseball and can be given to Coach Rockweiler, Coach Badgley or Coach Freund. Proceeds will go directly to the Jason Motte Foundation.

Congrats to Trinity and Ed for winning the MCC Culinary Challenge! This is the second year in a row MCHS students won! The competition was set up like the show, "Chopped" with six teams of two students. They had the same mystery protein and made four plates with two side dishes.

McHenry Strength Director John Beerbower was a featured speaker Saturday at the Wisconsin State Clinic for the National Strength and Conditioning Association in Milwaukee.
Dr. Beerbower talked about the importance of building relationships with those you are coaching. 💪

INCubatoredu students had pop up shops of their businesses. The shops will be back Tues. outside of the UC cafeteria for students and staff to browse. The shops had homemade dog treats, handmade clothing, pressure washing services for trash bins, candy, stickers and keychains.

Congrats to Lachlan, Paul and Jacob for medaling at the Illinois Design Educators Association state competition on Saturday. Lachlan was second in 3D Modeling. Paul was third in 3D Modeling. Jacob was third in Assembly Modeling. Great job to all our participants!



Congratulations to Lauren Hines and Greg Eiserman on their nominations for Educator of the Year through McHenry County Regional Office of Education.
The overall winner will be announced during a May 11 banquet in Crystal Lake.
