Spring sports are heating up at McHenry High School!
Two more track and field athletes qualified for state. For the boys team, Zeke Galvicius is the Sectional Champion and qualified for state. Hayden Stone finished second in high jump and also qualified for state.

For girls track and field, Alyssa Moore is the sectional champion in the 800m and qualified for state. Also qualifying for state are members of the 4x800m girls relay team. They are:
- Peyton Stinger
- Lynda Rotundo
- Lydia Zancho
- Alyssa Moore
IHSA Girls State Track and Field meet is May 19-21 at Eastern Illinois University.
