McHenry Community High School's spring musical, "Shrek The Musical," takes the stage March 8-10 and March 15-16 at McHenry High School's Upper Campus Auditorium.
The show is based on the fun fairly tale about a green ogre who comes out of isolation to save a princess, with the help of a donkey and a cast of beloved characters.
Show performances are set for 7 p.m. March 8, 9, 15 and 16; and 3 p.m. March 10. Tickets are $10.50 for adults and $8.50 for students and seniors.
