FOR ALUMNI 1964-2024 ONLY:
Alumni who graduated from MCHS between 1964-2023 and need to request a transcript, (Diplomas are not kept on file), immunization records or student verification letter, must complete a request form.

Record requests may take up to 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience during our busy times of the school year which are at the beginning of first semester (August-September), beginning of second semester (January-February) and the end of the school year (May-June).
Special Education records, must complete a request form (*Please note: Special Education records are only kept on file for 5 years after student graduation)
