• Design and implement teaching strategies by combining language acquisition and content learning.

• Ensure that multilingual learners are provided with the necessary supports to nurture their academic development and achievements.

• Assist multilingual students as they transition gradually into general education classes and gain access to advanced courses.

• Enhance teaching methods and programs for multilingual students through data analysis.

• Preserve the sense of pride that multilingual learners have in their home language and culture.

• Empower multilingual individuals to graduate with the skills needed for college, careers, and lifelong success.
